At The Luxe Flow™, many of our items are made-to-order and customized. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.


Custom & Personalized Items (Final Sale)

All customized or personalized products are final sale.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Custom keychains (letters, names, colors)
  • Personalized phone cases
  • Made-to-order items

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for custom items once an order has been placed.


Order Accuracy

Please ensure all customization details (spelling, letters, sizes, colors) are entered correctly at checkout.

The Luxe Flow™ is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.


Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If there is an error on our end, we will make it right.

Eligible cases include:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Incorrect customization was applied (based on what you submitted)
  • Item arrives damaged or defective

What To Do

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Email: TheLuxeFlowTM@gmail.com
  • Include:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a refund, depending on the situation


Processing & Shipping Times

All items are made and prepared with care.

  • Processing Time: 3–7 business days
  • Shipping Time: Up to 15 business days after processing

Please note:

  • Timeframes may vary during high-volume periods
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control


Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost or delayed packages due to carrier issues


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because items are processed quickly:

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed or marked as fulfilled
  • Please review your order carefully before submitting

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Used or worn products
  • Items damaged after delivery


Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank
